Snoring help is here!
For patients who snore, the O'Brien Mandibular Positioning Appliance (MPA) may offer the relief your patients need.
Nothing fits better!
Lined with repositionable Thermo Beads, the MPA seats to fit tightly against the teeth. Because of its thermo properties, you can heat and re-seat this appliance repeatedly, a handy feature when there is incremental restorative work to be done.
The device fits snugly over anteriors, with no small parts or encumbrances. There is nothing to come loose. There is nothing that will break away. The O’Brien MPA simply positions the patient’s mandible to assist with keeping the airway open, and encourages natural airflow through the center opening.
Before prescribing a sleep appliance to anyone with a medical condition, it is advisable to confer with a sleep specialist.

• It is guaranteed that the device will be made in compliance with FDA medical device manufacturing guidelines.
• The fit and workmanship of the device are guaranteed.
• The degree of snoring relief cannot be guaranteed. (Our experience shows approximately 90% of our customers' patients have varying positive results.)
